In this contemplation / meditation will explore some of the negative thoughts that may have been programmed into our subconscious mind. These negative thoughts can interfere with the image of ourselves, we desire to see. By affirming the positive, about ourselves, we can reprogram our subconscious mind and begin to create a more appealing image.

Hi,

I am Laura,

Aka ZenDiva4U,

The ambassador of Zen Nation,

Here to assist in enriching our lives,

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

This meditation will focus on eliminating negative thoughts that are not our own.

Just like putting a puzzle together,

There are many different pieces that must come together to make a whole complete picture.

Have you ever worked closely with someone else that was putting together a different puzzle?

There is a possibility that some of your pieces may have accidentally gotten mixed up.

In order for us to get a correct picture,

We must eliminate the pieces that are not ours.

When I am referring to puzzle pieces that are not ours,

That is the negative thoughts in our head that is not our own.

Perhaps we picked up a puzzle piece from our mother that says,

Why can't you do anything right?

Or perhaps we need to eliminate a puzzle piece that came from a sibling saying,

You are a spoiled brat.

Or a boss saying,

Can't you remember anything?

Or a partner saying,

You are the slowest thing I've ever seen.

Whatever that misfit negative thought is,

We must get rid of it.

We must eliminate all negative puzzle pieces.

That is,

Negative thoughts that are not our own.

Or maybe that are our own.

And that way we can create the picture we desire to see.

All it takes is a little dedication to find all those misfit negative puzzle pieces and replace them with the correct puzzle piece.

Then we can create the picture we desire to see.

We will do this by affirming the positive.

Get very comfortable.

Whether sitting or lying down,

Gently close your eyes.

Take several deep breaths at your own pace,

Inhaling through your nose and blowing it out your mouth gently.

Again.

And one last time.

We will begin to affirm the things we desire to see.

Life loves me.

It's only a negative thought.

And a negative thought can be changed.

I am in the process of positive change.

I forgive myself and set myself free.

I am divinely guided and protected at all times.

I trust the process of life.

I am deeply fulfilled by all that I do.

As I forgive myself,

It becomes easier to forgive others.

I prosper at every turn.

I welcome miracles into my life.

I am loved and I am at peace.

My happy thoughts help create my healthy body.

My day begins and ends with gratitude.

Everyone I encounter has my best interest at heart.

I am healthy,

Whole and complete.

I give love and receive love wherever I go.

I am in sync with life.

I forgive myself for not being perfect.

I honor who I am.

I do not have to prove myself to anyone.

I welcome new ideas.

I am in harmony with nature.

I release all drama from my life.

Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself.

I balance my life between work,

Rest and play.

I spend time with positive,

Energetic people.

Today is a sacred gift from life.

I have the courage to live my dreams.

We are all eternal spirit.

My life gets better all the time.

It is safe for me to speak up for myself.

I release all criticism.

My healing is already in process.

I deserve all that is good.

I have the perfect living space.

Today I am at peace.

I have compassion for all.

I love and approve of myself and others.

Life is good and so it is.

Let's saturate our consciousness with that assurance.

Let's intend to heal ourselves and heal those we encounter.

Let's savor that sensation.

Enjoy that sensation.

Now let's take in three very full deep breaths at your own pace and give thanks for the opportunity to quiet our mind and go within.

Resting in this moment of assurance that all is well and what we desire is done.
