A devotion to peace.

Peace and love to you.

This is Laura,

Aka Zendiva4U,

The Ambassador of Zaination.

Welcome.

Here we quiet our mind and tap into our highest self,

Our source,

Our creator,

Our God.

As we find peace in that presence,

I invite you to join me anytime it's convenient for you.

First I will read a passage that will reaffirm our connection to our creator.

Then I will do a brief meditation contemplation of that passage,

Allowing our consciousness to become saturated as we experience the soothing sensation of that assurance.

Sit back,

Relax,

And enjoy peace in the presence of our creator.

This passage is from Sarah Young's Jesus Calling.

Seek my face and you will find more than you ever dreamed possible.

Let me displace worry at the center of your being.

I am like a super saturated cloud showering you with peace in the pool of your mind.

My nature is to bless.

Your nature is to receive with thanksgiving.

This is a true fit designed before the foundation of the world.

Glorify me by receiving my blessings gratefully.

I am the goal of your searching.

When you seek me,

You find me and are satisfied.

When lesser goals capture your attention,

I fade into the background of your life.

I am still there,

Watching and waiting,

But you function as if you were alone.

Actually my light shines on every situation you will ever face.

Live radiantly by expanding your focus to include me in all your moments.

Let nothing dampen your search for me.

It is important to rest assured that all is well and it is done.

Your phrase for this passage will be,

Seek my face.

Let me know how you go about seeking the face of your creator,

Your God,

Your source.

Now we will do a brief meditation contemplation of this passage.

Do not listen to this meditation contemplation.

If you are driving or operating machinery.

Now let's get comfortable.

Whether sitting or lying down,

Find your most comfortable position.

Taking several deep breaths at your own pace.

Inhaling through your nose and blowing it out your mouth gently.

Once more.

Now let's take a few moments to seek the face,

The presence of our creator,

Of our source,

Of our God.

Search and look and find that presence.

Relax in that presence and let it shower you with love and peace.

Shower in you as if you are standing in the shower.

Peace is saturating and soothing your mind.

Realize that our creator's nature is to bless us.

It was designed this way before the foundation of the world.

All we need to do is seek.

Seek the face.

Seek the presence of our creator and we will find it.

Even if we don't take the time to seek the face and find the peace,

Our creator is still there in the background watching and waiting.

We are never alone.

But if we desire to live radiantly,

We should expand our focus to include the face,

The presence of our creator.

And we should always rest assured that all is well and it is done.

This is Laura,

Aka the Zen Diva for you,

The ambassador of Zen Nation.

Be blessed.

Namaste.

Until next time.
