Welcome back.

Thank you for joining us.

Today's meditation is remembrance for loved ones who have transitioned into the next life.

As we continue our journey in a spiritual practice,

We understand that life does not begin with birth and it does not end when the body is laid to rest.

The soul is an ever-expanding,

Ever-evolving being.

Death is neither the end nor the beginning,

Merely a transition.

Let us begin.

With our eyes closed,

We allow our bodies to settle and our awareness shifts inward.

We find a natural flow of the breath as it moves in and out of the body.

We allow ourselves to surrender to the stillness.

Slowly we'll count from five to one.

And as we descend and we release the outer world and all the distractions,

As we settle deeper into this moment,

Inhale deep cleansing breath.

Exhale it out and find yourself in a familiar place,

One where you feel at ease.

What is around you?

Observe your surroundings.

And in this space,

We notice a bench.

And as you walk to this bench,

There is an image of a person.

As you approach,

This person is someone who has transitioned or passed on.

Let the image of this person who first comes to mind be the one you see.

Stay breathing,

Stay connected.

We take a moment to connect to this person.

Feel the love flowing from them as you send your love back to them,

Creating a cycle of flowing energy.

This person has something to tell you.

Be open and receptive to the answers.

What do they say?

Can you be open to the wisdom and receptive to the message?

Stay breathing.

This person has something to share with you.

In this space,

Ask the questions you desire.

Allow yourself to speak freely.

Is there something you want to say to this person?

Now,

As this loved one is able to receive your message,

Is there something you want to give to this person?

As you look upon this person,

Thank them for sharing with you.

And as you say your gratitude,

The being hands you a gift.

What is the gift?

Thank them once again.

Stay breathing.

Honor this moment.

With the exhale,

We bless and release their presence.

As we say goodbye,

Bring your awareness to the heart center.

Grow and expand with each inhale.

As you exhale,

Let the heart energy move throughout the body.

As you exhale,

Sink deeper into the heart space.

From this encounter,

Find yourself alongside a warm bed.

Let the water wash over the body.

As that essence within you,

May this meditation bring you a moment within me.

Honor is the light within you.

That was quite difficult but good to do. Remembering to breathe was helpful. Very emotional experience. Your guidance was wonderful. Thanks! ✨🙏✨
