Good evening.

Welcome to your sleep meditation.

I'm so happy that you are here,

Ready to close out the day.

This meditation is to be played whenever you have nothing left to do.

Feel free to take a moment to pause this and do any last minute tasks.

Use the restroom,

Get your cozy jammies on,

Anything else you need to do in order to be completely ready for bed.

Starting to find a comfortable position,

Moving the pillows,

The blankets,

Anything you need to move around,

Finding yourself on your back,

Legs long,

Arms long,

Next to the body.

Maybe shaking the head side to side a few times,

Releasing any tension.

Beginning to close down the eyes as you're ready.

Taking your breath in through the nose and out through the nose.

Again making any last movements,

Finding yourself completely comfortable.

Together let's take a few breaths,

Releasing the day and just letting go.

Together we breathe in,

Fill all the way up.

On the exhale open the lips,

Sigh it out.

And breathe in,

Deep inhale,

Pause for a moment and sigh it out.

Inhale fill all the way up.

Hold here,

Sigh it out,

Letting go of anything you're holding onto from the day.

This one here,

Breathe in and fill it up inside out.

Now just breathing normally.

Breathing in through the nose and breathing it out through the nose.

Feeling that you have nothing left to do today.

The day has finished.

Notice any thoughts that start to come up and gently just push them off to the side,

Knowing that they no longer serve you in this moment.

You can come back to them tomorrow if you need to.

Your only task right now is to relax.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Giving yourself the permission to experience this relaxation.

Relaxing energy,

Allowing yourself to access it.

Feeling it in your body.

We will now begin counting backwards from 20 as we start to drift into a deep restful sleep.

As we breathe normally we will begin our counting.
