Let's begin our meditation session for cultivating groundedness today and every day.

Let's start by taking a few long deep breaths in and out in and out letting go of today letting go of anything on your to-do list just remember that whatever you need to do can be done shortly after this meditation session for now just allow yourself to relish in this beautiful present moment that you've given yourself today this beautiful present moment relax your shoulders unclench your jaw now is the time to let go of all that no longer serves you you are exactly where you need to be right now in this present moment take a moment to just be just relax just breathe we are so used to always doing and getting ourselves caught up in a trap of always needing to be busy we've forgotten that we're ultimately human beings we're allowed to just sit and be just be let yourself relish in this present moment this beautiful present moment a moment that we may never get back again all that we need is here right now in this present moment just focus on the breath nothing but the breath notice how the breath feels as you take a deep breath in and out in and out and as thoughts may come into your mind just acknowledge them gently and without judgment and then just let them float effortlessly away like waves crashing against the shore now let's take a moment to thank ourselves for taking the time out of our day to do something that makes us feel good remembering that we can only succeed in life and help others when we firstly take care of ourselves remember that when we feel good this positivity projects to everyone and everything that we come into contact with know that when we feel good we have the power to shift the mood of this entire world gently focus on the breath nothing but the breath allow yourself to feel the beautiful energy of your breath filling you up with energy and light day after day feel the coolness of your breath as you inhale and the warmth of your breath as you exhale with this awareness take a moment to realize that you are in control of how you feel right now nothing and no one can take this energy away from you now is the time to let go of any ideas that make you feel small or unworthy you are complete and whole just as you are no accomplishment or external achievement determines your worth you are perfect and complete in this very moment just as you are inhale and exhale now let's set some positive intentions for today and every day I am powerful I am worthy I am grateful for all that I am I am powerful I am worthy I am grateful for all that I am just repeat these phrases quietly to yourself in your mind really feeling this energy radiating from your heart I am powerful I am worthy I am grateful for all that I am continue quietly to yourself Mm.

Gently and effortlessly stop repeating the mantra.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Notice this beautiful positive energy that's radiating inside of you.

Take a moment to really enjoy this feeling.

As you move forward with the rest of your day,

Remember that this beautiful powerful energy is always here,

Always with you,

Guiding you,

Supporting you,

And lifting you up in times of need.

Remembering that all the answers that you're looking for are already within you.

We just have to quiet the mind and listen.

Whenever you find yourself overwhelmed with any negative thoughts or feelings,

Remember this moment.

Remember this feeling.

Remember just how powerful you really are.

You always have the control to recenter yourself and to ignite the light that is always within you.

And as we approach the end of the session,

Gently in your own time,

Come back to the room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.
