Hello and welcome to session five of intuitive guidance for self-healing.
This final session is a guided daily practice,
One that you can return to again and again or use as a model for your own private practice.
It's designed to help you to connect to the self and then to reconnect with the parts you've been working with.
So with that said,
I invite you to take a seat or lie down and get yourself comfortable and close down the eyes if you wish and take some deep slow breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Maintaining that slow,
Calm breath,
Just returning to our intention to approach and accept everything that arises with an attitude of compassionate curiosity and calm confidence.
Maintaining the slow,
Calm breathing,
Just draw your attention to the sense of self,
Part of you that directs attention.
If you have a spiritual practice,
You may identify this with the divine,
The Atman,
The place in your heart where God resides,
Or perhaps a profound quiet.
This place can be found by slowing down the breath and just by getting curious about whatever arises.
It's a space of creativity,
Of deep connection and of peace.
Maintaining the slow,
Calm breath,
Just gently begin scanning your body from head to toe,
Outside and inside,
Just reconnecting with the parts you've been working with.
You're over here,
They're over there,
But you're just taking this time to just return,
To reconnect and to let them know that you're still here,
That whilst the process of intuitive guidance might be intense,
Might be profound,
Might be a lot,
Might cause some release,
That you're safe,
And that you're consistent,
And that you're here,
Just taking time with each of the parts you've worked with,
Just in connection,
In communion,
Just allowing that part to share with you,
To speak,
And perhaps to release,
Let each part know in turn that you're not going anywhere,
That you're here,
That you're safe,
And that you're committed to the practice,
And that perhaps at some later stage,
Tomorrow or next week,
We'll once again go deep,
Once again return to the full intuitive guidance practice,
And really allow this part,
Or any other parts,
An opportunity to share,
To connect,
And the space to know that they're going to be heard and held,
Once again maintaining that slow calm breath,
Adding to your entire body,
To the entire system,
To all of the different parts that you've been working with,
With the in-breath,
The loving-kindness,
The compassion,
Perhaps the prayer,
Or the connection,
And then the out-breath,
The offer to the release,
Nothing's a command,
It's just an offer,
Just saying hey,
I'm here,
We got this,
Letting these parts know that now,
You are here,
You've returned,
And from a place of compassionate curiosity,
And calm confidence,
We're ready to lead them towards reconnection,
Towards release,
Towards reintegration,
Not by force,
But just through a gentle offering,
Allowing them as much time and space as they need,
With the in-breath,
We offer them love and compassion,
And on the out-breath,
We offer them release,
Okay,
And finally we thank each part that we've been working with,
Let them know we're going to return,
And with that said,
