Can you see the red flashing light on your right foot?
See if you can switch it off with your mind.
Your right foot becomes totally still and goes to sleep.
Now your right leg begins to feel heavier and heavier.
Switch off the green light on your right leg.
And feel it going to sleep.
It becomes totally still.
Can you wriggle your left foot?
It has a small flashing blue light on it.
Can you see the light?
See if you can switch it off.
Your foot is still.
Now switch off the yellow light on your left leg.
It's not making any bleeping noises anymore.
Your left leg is fast asleep and totally still.
Well done.
Now bring all your attention to the light on your tummy.
It's flashing orange.
See if you can switch it off with your mind.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Make your tummy calm inside.
The orange light on your tummy is fading out.
Good job.
Shine your attention on the purple light on your chest.
Listen to the beeps and the bleeps.
Let's gently turn it off.
Let your chest go fast asleep.
You have had a busy day and you are ready to rest.
Your arms are becoming heavier and heavier.
Deactivate the brown light on your left arm.
And let that arm become still.

Turn off your right arm.
The pink light on your right arm has switched off.
It has gone to sleep.
