These affirmations are positive sentences that you repeat to yourself to help you feel happy.

Having found yourself a cosy space,

Sit comfortably and place your hands on your heart.

Repeat these out loud after me or in a whisper,

Whichever you like.

I am powerful.

I am friendly.

Every day is a fresh beginning.

I am loved.

I am helpful.

I am unique.

I can make a difference.

I am safe.

I am perfect the way I am.

Today is a good day.

As you come back to the space around you,

Take a great big breath in and out.

Have a good stretch and smile.
