Let's do some night time affirmations together.

These affirmations are positive sentences that you repeat to yourself to help you feel happy.

Having found yourself a cosy space,

Sit comfortably or lie down and place your hands on your heart.

Repeat these after me out loud or in a whisper,

Whichever you prefer.

I did my best today.

I am smart.

I am important.

I am brave.

I am calm.

I am loved.

I am enough.

I believe in myself.

I am a good friend.

I am precious.

Tomorrow will be a good day.

As you come back to the space around you,

Take a great big breath in and out.

Have a good stretch and smile.
