Let's do some balloon breathing together.

Take a moment to get nice and comfortable.

Sitting up tall or lying down.

Let's breathe gently together.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

See if you can feel your breathing.

You might need to slow it down a little.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Good.

Rest your hands gently on your tummy.

Can you feel it?

It lifts as you breathe in and lowers as you breathe out.

It goes out as you breathe in and goes in as you breathe out.

Next time as you breathe out,

Let your eyes softly close.

Breathe in and close.

Well done.

Let's tune into our bodies.

Imagine you have a balloon in your belly.

Breathing in,

Fill up the balloon with air.

Breathing out,

Let all the air out.

Breathing in,

Fill up the balloon with air.

Breathing out,

Let all the air out.

Breathe in a little bit slower and out a little bit deeper.

A little bit slower and a little bit deeper.

Breathe in for four and out for four.

I'll count for you.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Inhale,

Exhale.

One more beautiful balloon breath in and out.

Return to your natural breathing.

How does your body feel right now?

Do you feel calm,

Relaxed,

Peaceful?

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.

Wriggle your fingers and wriggle your toes.

Let's have a good stretch and smile.

Well done for taking time out of your day to care for your precious self.
