Feeling the energy circulate around you.

Feel that energy expanding now from your inner body to your outer body.

And maintain your focus here in the present moment,

Your inner body anchoring you into this moment.

And bless your body,

Thanking your body,

Thanking your body for taking you places in this life.

Thanking your body for the energy and the vitality and the movement.

All of the joy,

Walking and running and dancing and all pleasurable activities with your body.

Loving your body back into life in this moment.

And as you love your body,

You love yourself and the universe,

Source,

God,

All love you as well by opening your heart.

Feeling this gratitude for perfect health,

For vibrancy,

For unlimited energy.

Feel it now and you create it.

Not waiting until something outside of yourself creates it for you.

Feeling that energy building within you,

Buzzing and pulsating as your body responds to your love.

It's the love of Gaia below you,

Supporting you,

The mother who has all of your needs.

If you just ask,

Feel this energy coming up your legs,

Moving through your body to your heart,

Holding you safely in this moment.

You are safe.

You are always taken care of.

You can always rest here if you choose and you will be supported.

It's the light and love of your higher self,

Of divinity,

Source of God.

It's light pouring down from above,

Showering you,

Pouring into your crown,

To your head,

To your neck and shoulders,

To your torso,

To your chest and your stomach,

To your pelvis and your pelvic floor,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves and ankles and your feet,

Merging with that energy and that love and support from Gaia,

Supported in all directions,

Always loved and this light is pouring out onto every cell into your body.

Every cell is being bathed in light.

How do your cells respond to this perfect healing light,

This unconditional love?

That's your cells returning back to original working order,

Coming back into balance and harmony.

Any darkness being washed away and transmuted back into light,

Into balance and harmony and original perfection in this moment.

Every cell is being bathed and loved.

And place your attention on the first energy center,

The root chakra,

The energy within this center inside of your body and around this center,

Pelvic floor and sexual organs,

Your perineum at the root of your body.
