It may help people experiencing mouth breathing, snoring, sinus congestion, jaw tension, headaches, facial asymmetry, a narrow palate, or breathing difficulties. In this short daily exercise, I guide you through a safe, gentle technique that supports relaxation, posture, nasal breathing, and facial balance. I also share my personal experience using thumb pulling to improve my own facial symmetry, expand my palate space, and reduce my (painful!) retainer tightness within just one week of daily practice.
