I really got a lot out of this guided meditation, however I need to practice meeting my future self as I found it difficult to hold in my mind. I can see how valuable being able to do this is. Thank you.

What a nicely spoken reminder of all the wonderful things my body does without much attention.

For me, this was wonderful. I've been comfortable with death and dying for many years but more recently, approximately 5 years, I've really questioned if that's true for me or am I 'just' detached from feeling. Again and again the answer appears to be that I really am okay with the fact of impermanence. One day, any day, last day. Thank you for sharing this guided inquiry.

Thank you for this gentle journey. ‘Letting go’ has been so important in my journey of healing from the past. Now, at 78, I am more acutely aware of what I call ‘the Big Letting Go’.

Truly enjoyed this meditation. Forgiveness can be so challenging when the offender purposely and continuously causes hurt. This meditation offered me a feeling of empowerment and distance from this resentment.
