Today we're going on a journey to the ocean depths where you'll find your self-worth.
So before we get started take a moment to think of times where you feel doubt in yourself or situations where you wish you had more confidence in you.
With these ideas in mind then we'll jump into the journey.
So when you're ready find a quiet and comfortable space and sit or lay down.
Then close your eyes or lightly gaze forward and then take a nice deep breath and start to notice the air around you and notice your body.
How does it feel right now?
Then in your mind's eye let your imagination guide you as you continue into this transformative journey.
Imagine you're standing on a pristine sunlit beach.
You walk along feeling the warm sand beneath your feet.
You feel the gentle breeze on your skin and the soothing sound of waves caressing the shore.
You feel the serenity of this beach as you continue walking and feeling the waves flowing over your toes and feet.
As you're walking along you notice an animal or creature coming up to you.
As they come closer and you see them more clearly you realize that they're your spirit guide and they are here to accompany you on this journey into the depths of the ocean.
You feel their loving presence and you are familiar with their supportive energy.
As you continue you breathe deeply like a comfort and sigh of relief.
You start making your way into the clear inviting waters of the ocean.
You feel the coolness of the water enveloping you as you wade deeper.
With your guide by your side you begin to swim deeper and deeper into the ocean and you realize as you go that you can breathe naturally here.
You don't have to hold your breath.
And as you continue to descend the sunlight filters through the water creating mesmerizing flickering rays of light and different patterns of light and shadow.
Then as you go deeper you begin thinking of current and past times.
You encounter manifestations appearing in the water of self-doubt or past wounds.
You acknowledge these feelings without judgment and you let them drift away like bubbles raising to the surface.
You continue your descent until you reach the ocean floor and there in the midst of the tranquil depths you discover a luminous pearl resting on the seabed.
And this pearl represents your self-worth.
Gently you pick up the pearl and you start to feel a radiant energy flowing out from the pearl and coursing into your hands and through you.
You sense the warmth and vibration it brings reaffirming your worthiness.
You continue to enjoy the energy that this pearl is giving you fully taking in what is your worthiness.
You then repeat this affirmation to yourself.
I am worthy I am enough I am deserving of love and acceptance.
I am worthy I am enough I am deserving of love and acceptance.
With your guide support you release any lingering doubts or fears into the ocean currents letting go of past judgments and self-criticism allowing them to dissolve and be carried away.
And you have a moment now as well to connect with your spirit guide to ask them questions and seek any further guidance that you might need.
So take a moment now and connect with them.
You thank your guide and the pearl for what they have given you and you begin your ascent towards the surface still holding your pearl of self-worth and as you ascend you feel a profound sense of liberation and self-acceptance.
You break the surface of the water and you move towards the beach and you find yourself stepping back onto the sand.
The sun is shining brightly and you are now free from the weight of self-doubt and you feel now so much lighter in your being and in your presence.
You express again gratitude to your guide for their support and to the ocean for its wisdom.
And you know that you can return to this journey whenever you need to reconnect to your self-worth.
You come back to where you started on the beach again noticing the sand beneath your toes.
Then you come back to your body gradually becoming aware of your physical surroundings again.
You open your eyes and return to this present moment carrying with you the newfound sense of self-worth and acceptance.
And you come back to you.
