Hello,

Friends.

There was once a small moon that envied the radiant sun.

It polished itself relentlessly,

Striving to shine with the same brilliance.

But no matter how it dried,

It remained dim in comparison.

One night,

The stars whispered to the moon,

You are not the sun,

You are the moon.

Your gift is not blinding light,

But the gentle glow that soothes,

And guides the night.

And so in that moment,

The moon let go of its need to be the sun,

And began to embrace its own beauty,

Steady and true.

This meditation is a reminder,

You don't need to be anyone else.

As Oscar Wilde said,

Be yourself,

Everyone else is already taken.

Let these words echo through your being,

As we begin our journey inward.

Feel the weight of your body where it rests.

Notice the quiet,

Steady rhythm of your breath.

Each inhale whispers,

You are enough.

Each exhale releases the masks you think you must wear.

Feel the earth beneath you,

Steady and supportive.

Reminding you,

That you belong here,

Exactly as you are.

But imposter syndrome whispers,

You are a fraud,

You don't deserve to be here.

But pause and ask yourself,

Whose voice is that?

Let the thought drift in,

Like a passing cloud,

And gently release it with your exhale.

You see,

Imposter syndrome brings doubts,

That are not truth.

They are shadows cast by fear.

So return to Oscar Wilde's wisdom.

Be yourself,

Everyone else is already taken.

Feel how liberating it is to simply be you.

Imagine the moon from our fable,

Realizing it never needed to imitate the sun.

Picture your own light,

Not glaring,

But uniquely yours.

What gifts do you bring to the world,

My friend,

That only you can?

Let those gifts rise in your chest,

Glowing warm,

And whisper silently to yourself,

I am enough,

I shine in my own way.

I am enough,

I shine in my own way.

The moon does not compare itself to the sun,

And the stars do not envy one another.

So why compare yourself to others?

Take a breath,

Feel the power in being you,

Without imitation or apology.

As Oscar Wilde reminds us,

Be yourself,

Everyone else is already taken.

This truth is your anchor,

Steady,

Solid,

And real.

Continue to repeat the affirmations,

I am enough,

I shine in my own way.

I shine in my own way.

Let go of the words now,

Feel the gentle hum of your breath,

The pulse of life within you.

No striving,

No pretending,

Just you,

Resting in the fullness of your being.

Be the moon,

Quiet and steady,

Illuminating the night in your own way,

And let the truth from Oscar Wilde guide you forward.

Reminding you to be yourself,

Everyone else is already taken.

You are not here to mimic the sun,

You are here to glow as only you can.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

And let your light shine.

May your mind,

Your body,

And your spirit be abundant with peace and confidence.

To remind you that you are enough,

And you shine in your own unique and beautiful way.

Until we meet again.
