The second button, “Slow Down,” encourages softer shoulders, a looser jaw, heavy hands, and slower breathing, with permission to press it again if the mind speeds up. Finally, before pressing “Play,” listeners notice feeling calmer and quieter, then press play to wiggle fingers and toes, open their eyes, and remember the remote is always with them.
