Kindness Bubble Meditation with Miss Brooke Join Miss Brooke for a calming meditation you can do in less than 3 minutes by imagining a soft bubble of kindness around your body. With each inhale, fill the bubble with calm, and with each exhale, feel safe and supported. Send kindness to your own heart, then to someone you care about, and optionally to someone who may need it. As the bubble grows bigger, wider, and brighter, let this kindness stay with you all day. Take a few deep breaths in through your nose and let it all go.
