You will work with your breath in conjunction with the grounding effects of the earth, to harness your inner stillness and calm. We will begin by settling into our bodies. I will then guide you to ground your energy into the earth with each exhale, at a pace that resonates with your body. You will also have the opportunity to release anything that is contributing to your feelings of overwhelm or anxiousness, any emotions or sensations that are not serving you in the moment - back into the Earth.
