Are you spiraling in a panic right now? Are you feeling anxious? This meditation was inspired by my friend Amanda. Amanda reached out to me and said "I was up at 3 am with anxiety and need a panic attack meditation ASAP." If you are struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, you are not alone.
