Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Yogi Brian.

Find a comfortable spot and allow your eyes to close.

Natural breath in and out.

And allow yourself to arrive.

Any worries of your day,

Anything heavy on your heart.

Just allow that to melt away each breath you take.

Knowing you're safe here,

All you have to do is breathe.

All you have to do is notice the inhale and exhale.

All your stresses,

All your worries just fade away into the horizon.

They just melt away.

Down to the earth,

They just disappear each breath you take.

As you notice each breath you take,

You notice you're relaxing even more and more.

You notice the breath is smoothing out even more and more.

Allowing yourself to settle into the space.

Allowing yourself to settle into the present.

All body relaxes here.

All body relaxes.

Now bring in your awareness to the fingertips.

Just observing the fingertips.

Bringing awareness to the toes.

All the toes bring awareness to.

Now bring awareness to the crown of your head,

The top of your head.

Bringing awareness to the tip of the nose.

Now bring awareness to the entire body.

All the way from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.

Each breath you take floods the body with relaxation.

Maybe even find some gratitude for your body.

Allowing yourself to release any tension in the body,

Any stress.

Give yourself permission to just release it.

Giving yourself permission to relax.

Allow the thoughts to just be.

Nothing to do or control.

Release any control.

Surrender any control.

Just be.

All body relaxes now.

Mind relaxes.

The breath is nice and soft.

Let's start to say a mantra.

So on the inhale,

Say to yourself,

I am.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Love.

Inhale,

I am.

Exhale,

Love.

Inhale,

I am.

Exhale,

Love.

Keep that mantra going and saying it to yourself.
