Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian find your comfortable spot your comfortable space And allow your eyes to gently close Clearing away any expectations for your day Clearing away any to-do lists Just breathing here in and out Inhale breath in and out Nothing to do or control Any worries you have anything heavy on your heart just allow them to slowly evaporate into thin air as you focus on your breath Focusing on the inhale and the exhale And anytime your mind starts to wander just bring it back to the breath bring it back to the inhale and exhale Noticing your breath smoothing out And noticing the shoulders starting to relax noticing the whole body starting to relax The forehead starts to relax jaw relaxing Coming back to the breath anytime the mind wanders bring it back to the inhale and the exhale Observing the breath noticing the breath bring in your full attention to the inhale and the exhale Finding gratitude for your breath Maybe saying a mantra on the inhale I am and on the exhale grateful Noticing the feelings in the body Noticing the calmness in the body Finding gratitude for the body all the way from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes Being grateful for the body being grateful for the present moment Now find gratitude for the mind The mind keeps you safe It alerts you of things to come things in the present moment Just find gratitude for your mind Just allow the thoughts to be Grateful for the breath grateful for the body grateful for the mind Feeling your whole being with gratitude Whole body floods with gratitude Each and every breath you take you feel even more grateful and more grateful Finding gratitude for the space that you're in the environment that you're in Maybe there's sounds in the background or maybe there's family members talking or pets Find gratitude for your environment for your space Each and every breath you take floods the body with gratitude Attitude of gratitude taking this throughout your day this attitude of gratitude Grateful for the breath grateful for the body grateful for the mind And grateful for the space we're in the people we meet in this present moment Take a nice deep inhale through the nose exhale open the mouth sigh it out One more time inhale deeply through the nose Exhale sigh it out let it go thank you so much for meditating with me today hope you have an amazing gratitude filled day namaste
