As you settle in,
Find that breath.
Slow inhale through the nose.
Slow exhale back up and out through the nose.
Feeling your body.
Feeling your breath.
Both soft and settled.
Let the mind's eye begin to imagine a bright and beautiful rainbow across the sky.
This rainbow is so close and so vibrant that you can see each separate color perfectly.
Begin to notice specifically the red of the rainbow.
Allow it to fill the mind's eye.
Take a big deep breath in.
On your exhale,
Relax your physical body.
Know that you are safe.
Begin to allow the mind's eye to shift to the orange color of the rainbow.
Allow it to fully fill the mind's eye.
Breathe that orange color in.
Tap into your creative energies and feel them ignite.
Begin noticing the yellow color in the mind's eye.
Vibrant yellow.
Filling your view.
As you breathe deeply,
Connect with your emotions and your sense of purpose and power.
See your path.
See the green of the rainbow becoming clear.
Filling the mind's eye.
As you take in and breathe in that green color,
Appreciate yourself and all that you are able to do.
And send that same love out to the world.
Begin to see a turquoise blue color.
As that color comes into focus and deepens,
Know that you have a voice.
That it is important.
And that you can share that voice authentically with those around you.
Allow the mind's eye to shift away from the vibrant blue and shift to the purple.
See that purple.
And as you breathe deeply,
Find that inner self,
That inner wisdom.
And listen to it closely.
And then allow all the colors of that rainbow to meld together into a sharp,
Clean white.
Bright white color.
And then with those deep breaths,
As you feel your connection to the universe,
Your role within the universe,
And that your role is important.
That you are important.
And as that white begins to recede,
Once again see that purple.
Blue.
The green.
Yellow.
The orange.
And the red.
As if that rainbow begins to move a little bit further and further away.
And as you breathe deeply,
Still remain rooted,
Passionate,
Powerful,
Loving,
Authentic,
Intuitive beings.
Slowly beginning to come back.
Just feel rooted.
And then bring all the connection points of the body to your mat.
You begin to wiggle the toes,
The fingers,
The head a little side to side.
And if you're in Shavasana,
We'll draw the knees in toward the chest.
Gently roll to either side.
And then take a few breaths here.
As we finish our practice to thank ourselves for coming,
Making this time,
Making this space,
And to breathe in all the good of our practice.
And exhale out anything on to the mat,
We don't want to take with us.
We'll meet back in seated.
