This meditation will remind you that you are infact strong, powerful and resilent. Sometimes we need that extra reminder so why not listen to this and remind yourself, take some time out today, you are strong. You are Powerful. You are Resilent.

Sitting comfortably,

Taking some time to close the eyes and soften the body and relaxing in your seated position for the next few moments allowing the breath to remain quite natural with no pressure maybe attempting to clear a few thoughts,

Just in order to create some space and as you start to feel more settled here,

Turn the attention inward start scanning through the body,

Checking in with what feels good today and as you're scanning through the body,

From toes to crown of the head notice what feels strong,

What feels powerful where do you hold your power?

And as you consider what areas of the body feel strong,

Notice the strength of your mind too and if you start to doubt that,

Know you can defeat those doubts remind yourself you're strong in your mind and body and if we continue to doubt that strength recognise and remember any time before this moment you've had to use your strength maybe to get through something,

Use your strength to keep a smile on your face and it could be something really small,

Something quite big but as you recognise and remember multiple times where you had to use your strength and your resilience recognise those moments of strength brought you here recognise you have the power to pick yourself up,

To utilise your strength and as you continue to remember different times where you showed strength know that you will show strength again whenever you need to you will show resilience,

You will bounce back and as you consider this strength,

Maybe you start to doubt it every now and then allow this feeling of doubt to float away as soon as you let go of that feeling of self-doubt,

You're ultimately stronger continue to scan through the body,

Tuning into that inner strength what makes you feel empowered?

What keeps you going?

What helps you get back up?

A soft reminder here,

That maybe you need to remind yourself that you are strong,

You are powerful and you are resilient you are strong,

You are powerful and you are resilient allow doubt to float away,

Become stronger within yourself come back to your strength whenever you need it you have the power to pick yourself up you are strong,

You are powerful and you are resilient repeating this a few more times until you believe it until you feel it coming back to the breath when you're ready inhale strength and exhale doubt inhale strength and exhale doubt take as many of these breaths as you need always choosing to lean into strength,

Into your own strength,

Your own power when allowing doubt to float away

Really enjoyed this. Only thing that could easily be fixed is the music at the end perhaps fading out instead of stopping abruptly.
