About a year after his burn out he meet his yoga teacher through a DVD with the beautiful yoga form called the five elements which he used to heal himself from his depression and so much more. Now he wants to share the timeless wisdom of yoga with others to help them relieve themselves of their suffering and learn how to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Where truth, joy, authenticity, love and compassion are the core experiences of such a life.
