Rushing in on the inhale and gently escaping on the exhale.
Allow yourself this moment of deep appreciation and love for your lungs that are always there to support you,
To keep you nourished and provided for.
Regardless of whether you choose to control the lungs or you allow your natural breath and body to be breathed.
Bring your awareness to your head.
Let your forehead soften the space between your eyes melt.
Allow yourself a moment of admiration and love for this beautiful mind that allows you to problem solve,
Think,
Communicate with others,
Express yourself,
To understand and learn,
Deeply loving this area of your body.
Bring your awareness to your arms.
Truly notice them,
Feel any sensation that exists within them,
Pulsing sensation of lightness,
Heaviness,
Any temperature around you,
The feeling of your clothing against your skin,
Maybe just the arms dangling in space,
The sensation of nothingness.
Imagine sending love from your heart down into your arms all the way through to your fingertips and back out into the world.
Love for your arms that allow you to carry and hold things that are important and valuable to you,
That allow you to reach out but also receive.
Allow your awareness to trickle down from your arms into your belly.
Allow love to permeate all throughout your belly.
Love for this area of your body that allows you to receive nourishment from the earth,
The world around you,
To absorb,
To receive,
To take in what you need to exist.
Bring your awareness to your legs,
Imagine love flowing from your heart all the way down through your legs into your toes,
Just overflowing with compassion,
Respect for your own being.
As you acknowledge your legs,
Allow yourself to be so completely grateful for all the things they do for you,
How they allow you to stand up for yourself and leave when something does not feel right,
How they help you to move around,
To dance,
To walk upstairs,
To walk in circles,
To stay firmly rooted in one place.
Recognize how your whole entire body is devoted to serving you.
Acknowledge the softness of your breath.
As you move through the rest of your day,
Your week,
Your year,
Can you remember just how much your body is constantly doing for you?
And allow your mind to remember to be devoted to serving it,
To being compassionate to yourself,
To seeing yourself fully all aspects and just holding yourself with tender love and care.
You are worthy of your own love.
You are worthy of the nourishment you receive.
You are worthy of the attention.
