This simple meditation makes use of verses on which we can anchor our attention while breathing in and out. Focusing on the feeling of our breath, the sensations of life moving within us, the blessings of our body, our surroundings, and Mother Earth, may we be reminded of the love and peace that is already present where we are. May this help foster gratitude, presence, and joy in your day.

My senses are wonderful gifts of this body.
