Take a few moments to slow down and sink into your position.

Feel the solid ground underneath your feet.

Sense the wind that touches your skin,

Cooling your worries and anxieties away,

Reassuring you that you are safe here.

Begin to take a longer deeper breath in.

Soften the shoulders and relax your eyebrows.

Slowly breathe out and release the weight that you are carrying.

Let the lightness inside you lift you up.

You are safe here.

Breathe in,

Feel the spaciousness that is expanding inside you.

Breathe out,

Release any resistance to this moment.

Allow yourself to unfold,

To soften and to receive this truth.

This too shall pass.

You may have trusted the wrong person.

You may have aimed too high.

You may have felt in control and then suddenly lost it.

You may have made one big mistake or a few small ones.

You may have disappointed someone you love or you may even feel like you failed yourself.

You are not alone.

No matter what has happened,

Please remember that your worth can never be stolen from you.

Each breath you take is an assurance that the world is here to support you,

To nurture you,

To heal you and to encourage you to continue on.

As long as you're here,

Your value is not overlooked by the earth.

She continues to support each step that you take.

She continues to give you every chance you need to remember who you truly are.

She provides you with shelter,

Food and a community you can turn to.

She shows you what love looks like in every moment.

Take a deep breath in and feel the beauty and wonder of being in your body,

In this life,

On this earth.

Breathe out and remember that you are worthy,

You are safe and you are loved.

May you spend the rest of your day with kindness,

Understanding and compassion for what you're going through.

You are not alone.
