Through this mindful practice, one can face life’s challenges with compassion and discernment and move through life with grace and composure. Anna is certified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and Budokon Yoga. She is currently studying and practicing mindfulness meditation with Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and the Plum Village led by Thich Nhat Hanh.
