A guided journey through a beautiful garden to find peace of mind and clarity of heart so that we are better able to truly ‘see’ our inner radiance. Filled with healing affirmations. This is a short and simple guided meditation which can be done at any time. A quick and easy mental ‘get-away’ to refresh and revitalize body and mind. We are constantly bombarded by images of others’ perceived beauty and success - there are times that we feel overwhelmed and as though we are ‘not enough.’ This meditation is a brief journey to heart-center to re-set the heart and to remind us of our true worth as beings of light and love. The journey through a beautiful garden brings peace of mind and clarity of heart so that we are better able to truly ‘see’ our inner radiance. Filled with healing affirmations, this is a sure way to bring about an improved and very well deserved state of mind. ‘I am blessed beyond measure! May I be always a blessing.’

Loving self and accepting self.

Take a deep breath in and as you release it,

Allow your whole body to soften as you let go completely.

Relax and release every muscle,

Ligament and tendon.

Let go of all control.

Your loved ones are safe.

You are safe.

It is safe to let go and surrender to this moment.

Be at peace.

Take a moment to send gratitude to God and to the divine for all that you are,

For all that you have,

For all of the gifts and the blessings you have in your life right now.

Breathe deeply and fully.

Ask the angels and guides to be with you as you work towards creating the change necessary to bring about this shift.

Your guardian angels are always close to you,

But they cannot intervene without your permission.

They are here to guide you to a better version of yourself,

Happier,

Healthier and more balanced.

They want to help you and they will guide you.

You need only ask.

Relax completely,

Letting go of any other pressure.

Relax completely,

Letting go of any outward distractions.

Now picture yourself standing at the top of a stairwell looking down.

The stairs and the railing are made from the purest and most beautiful clear crystal glass.

Slowly start to move from one stair to another,

Counting one at a time.

One,

Take your first step.

Slowly,

Moving down.

Two.

Three.

Start to feel heavier,

More relaxed.

Four.

Five.

Going deeper.

Feeling more relaxed than you have felt in a long time.

Six.

Seven.

Still going deeper,

Feeling content and ready to let go of the human condition completely.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Completely relaxed.

Open heart,

Open mind.

Feeling safe and ready to experience a journey to self.

You reach the bottom of the stairs and find an exquisite door,

Large and made of crystal,

Etched with gold.

The doors open and you walk through.

You find yourself in the most beautiful garden you have ever seen or imagined.

You step forward and onto the grass.

Your feet are bare and you feel the grass beneath your feet.

Lush,

Thick,

Soft,

Green.

You bend down and feel the grass.

You pluck at the grass and pull a few blades towards your face while rubbing the blades between your fingers.

The smell is fresh and clean and you feel connected with the earth.

Grounded,

Strong,

Stable.

As you look around,

You see a garden filled with flowers of every color,

Shape and size.

You are surrounded by beauty.

You notice a single rose,

Pink in color,

And you walk towards the rose.

You lean down and draw in the beautiful fresh fragrance.

Picture the soft petals of the rose.

Allow yourself to absorb the full beauty of this rose and of this moment.

Imagine placing this rose in your heart center.

Breathe in deeply as though you could breathe in through the rose that rests within the heart.

Draw the fragrance into the very core of your being.

Allow the petals of the rose to filter your in-breath as your presence in the heart center allows you to welcome the new breath.

The rose petals only allow that which is healing,

Good and positive to enter your body.

Renewed energy,

Love and joy.

These enter the heart and the body through the breath.

Imagine this each time you breathe in deeply.

As you breathe out slowly and deeply,

The rose holds in what is good and healing and positive and absorbs from your body,

From every cell,

That which the body,

Mind and heart no longer needs.

Negative emotions such as fear,

Self-doubt,

Regret,

Guilt,

Resentment,

Anger,

Any negative thoughts.

You do not need these negative influences in your mind,

Body or heart.

Let them go.

Release these emotions and negative thoughts with every exhale,

Creating the space for new and positive emotions and thoughts to take root and make this your intention.

Stay with your breath.

Breathe in beauty and love.

Breathe out guilt,

Anger,

Unforgiveness,

Regret.

Breathe in all that you need and breathe out and let go of all that no longer serves you.

Now in the centre of your rose,

Place an intention for yourself.

You may choose anything that you wish to work on in this moment.

You may be seeking more joy,

More peace,

More love,

More time for yourself,

Whatever it is for you,

Whatever you are working on.

This is what you place in the centre of the rose,

Within heart.

And mentally affirm,

Today I allow myself to experience joy and love in every waking moment.

Today I choose to see myself in love and accept myself exactly as I am,

A work in progress and perfect in every way.

I am love.

Just for today,

May I be an instrument of love.

Today I choose to see beauty and love within myself in every moment and in every person I encounter.

Feel your heart smile as you stay in this sacred space for as long as you wish.

Choose to keep with you the beauty and love of this experience.

Take your time.

Stay with the feeling of lightness and peace.

Resolve to come back from this meditation with renewed self-love and self-acceptance.

Resolve to see the love,

The light and the beauty that resides within.

And start to walk back across the garden,

One step at a time,

One breath at a time.

Maintain your connection with the earth and make your way back towards the stairwell.

Make it your intention to experience feeling better than before,

More connected,

Happier and healthier in body,

Mind and spirit.

As you slowly take the first step up,

Feeling lighter.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Slowly moving upwards,

Starting to feel more aware,

More alert.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

Ten.

Feeling better than before,

Fully awake and aware,

Excited about your beautiful day and your beautiful life.

Ten.

Four.

Five.

Six.

Seven.

Eight.

Nine.

And your beautiful life.

Draw your awareness back to this sacred space,

To your breath,

To your life.
