Welcome to this morning meditation.

Take a moment to settle in.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

You choose.

And let your hands rest gently.

Your eyes close softly and your breath finds its own rhythm.

Inhale deeply through the nose.

Hold it for a moment.

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Let go of any tension you might carry and let it melt away with your breath.

And again inhale,

Filling your lungs with fresh air and fresh energy.

And exhale,

Releasing whatever no longer serves you.

Now gently bring your attention to this moment,

To this day,

To this quiet beginning.

And in your mind repeat this simple truth,

Today is a new day.

Even if I was wrong yesterday,

I can get it right today.

And let those words land softly in your heart.

Each day offers a new canvas,

A clean page.

You are not bound by yesterday's choices,

Mistakes or missteps.

You are not the version of yourself from before.

You are here,

Now,

Awake.

Breathe in possibility.

Breathe out judgment.

Breathe in grace.

Breathe out regret.

This moment,

This breath,

Is all you need to begin again.

To choose a softer word,

A kinder action,

A deeper truth.

To step forward with intention and presence.

So as the light of this day greets you,

Meet it with a quiet strength.

Allow yourself the space to grow,

To learn,

To heal and to shine.

And know that you are not expected to be perfect,

Only present.

And with each breath,

You are.

So for a few more moments in stillness,

Breathe in the new.

Gently,

Lovingly,

Welcoming the day.

Today is a new day.

Even if I was wrong yesterday,

I can get it right today.

Take one final deep breath and wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this intention with you.

Greet the day with heart,

With hope,

With grace.
