For as long as she can remember, Jenny has had an interest in what makes people feel good and what makes them lose their balance. Jenny believes that a contributing factor to the widespread burnout in the world is due to stress, which shows that we need to find a more conscious and quiet way of living. Through yoga she has found tools that facilitate life with skills such as being able to listen to both body and soul. Learning to stop and feel should be as natural as learning to walk or talk.
