To come into a comfortable position,
Whether it's laying down or sitting down and take a couple of nice deep breaths feel your breathing,
Nice and deep,
Calm and with each breath out you can relax a little bit more you can release a little bit more we're gonna go on a little journey starting from the body,
We can feel the weight pulling down to the earth,
Into the ground relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
Arms and the hand,
The chest,
The belly,
The legs,
The feet taking five more slow deep breaths each breath out,
Letting go a little bit more and let the awareness go a little bit deeper you feel how your body is sinking into the ground let the weight release,
The weight loosening up,
Loosening up,
Loosening up feel yourself sinking into a relaxed state of being your awareness is flowing through the body letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go now the body is going deeper,
But the awareness is floating up you are becoming lighter and lighter and lighter letting your awareness flow,
Letting your awareness go deeper within and deeper and deeper release bring the attention in between the eyebrows as if you are looking into a vast open space what can you see there?
Keep looking further as if you are looking into a vast infinite space a little bit further,
A little bit deeper into a vast open space floating,
Becoming a pure consciousness pure being,
Become one with everything lead consciousness you are pure energy,
Pure light,
Pure consciousness infinite space,
Infinity no more time,
Pure open space pure light,
Life,
Everything wandering further,
Opening completely floating in an ocean of time floating in an ocean of light in an ocean of space flowing into higher consciousness pure being,
Infinite space,
Infinite time floating in the womb of existence,
It's all,
It's all complete acceptance,
Forgiveness pure being,
Already perfect as you are complete love,
Infinite,
Pure peace,
Tranquility,
Bliss floating in the hands of existence floating in the womb of creation,
In the arms of God
