So come into a comfortable position,
Whether it's laying down or sitting.
Just get nice and comfortable.
Take a couple of slow deep breaths.
Nice and calm as if with each breath in you really feel yourself expanding.
Feel your lungs expanding,
But also your whole body kind of expanding.
When you breathe out it's not just air that you're breathing out.
It's kind of breathing out from the tips of the fingers,
From the tips of the toes,
From the depths of your whole nervous system.
Release it so that like this you really let your whole being kind of expand with the breath in and deflate with the breath out.
Release with the breath out.
You can relax the face muscles.
No need to frown or tension in the jaw.
Just release the face muscles,
The jaw,
The shoulders,
The arms and the hands and the fingers,
The chest muscles,
The upper back.
Feeling the heart area.
Relax the heart area.
Relax the solar plexus,
The belly,
The sides and the lower back,
Private parts,
The buttocks,
Upper legs,
The knees,
The lower legs and the feet.
Relaxing the whole body.
Loosen up.
Loosen up.
Loosen up.
Now it's as if your awareness,
Your attention is like a light,
Like sunlight where it shines.
Things can grow.
Light transforms.
Now you're gonna use your light of awareness.
Create healing,
Create growth,
Beautifully shine the light of life into the different parts of the body.
Starting with bringing the attention to the area around the forehead,
The eyes,
The cheeks,
Wherever you can feel it most.
Try to center your awareness,
Focus,
Attention to where you can feel some parts of the face.
Just a nice and relaxed focus.
Not trying too hard.
As if you can generate and feel a certain very subtle tingling sensation in some area.
As if you can feel the awareness,
The light of consciousness shining upon that area,
Transforming.
Now move it in between the eyebrows.
Maybe you see some colors.
Relax into it.
Keep the body soft,
Mind soft,
Relaxing.
Moving this awareness to the temples,
Sides of the head,
The cheeks,
The lips,
The jaw,
Feeling the tongue in the mouth,
Feeling the teeth touching the tongue or the inside of your mouth.
You can feel every little detail,
The lips gently close,
Touching each other and like this very slowly moving through the body.
What do you feel?
Letting that light shine upon every little corner of the body,
As if you're activating each little cell with life,
With consciousness,
A relaxed mindset of acceptance,
Peace and keep your attention as you slowly move.
If you've already through the body,
Make another round from the face to the shoulders,
The arms,
The belly.
But do it nice and calm,
Nice and slow,
Keeping everything nice and soft.
You're gonna do your best.
Round through the body,
Face muscles relaxed,
The shoulders etc.
The belly,
If everything looks as you do,
With a feeling of calmness,
Of gratitude,
Peace.
You'll feel your whole body as one wonderful unit.
All these billions of cells are all working together harmoniously,
As if you can feel your whole body glowing with light.
For a couple more breaths,
As if you can breathe some thankfulness,
Some gratitude into the body,
As if you feel that you are already healed,
That it is already good as it is,
That you find complete acceptance.
But there's peace and gratitude,
So you can slowly move the fingers and rub your hands together,
Rub the palms of the hands together,
Make them nice and hot,
Nice and warm.
Then place the right hand on the belly,
The left hand on the heart area,
As if you can feel the warmth from the hands radiating on the belly.
Take a couple of nice deep breaths,
Relax the face,
As if you're breathing some good vibes into the body,
Some good feeling into the body,
As if you're breathing a feeling of thankfulness,
Whereas life,
God,
Moment,
Whatever you believe in,
The universe,
Great spirit,
Whatever you want to call it,
But something greater than yourself,
You're breathing this gratitude into the body.
Take your time,
Bring yourself back again.
