Okay friends,
In the following session we will really loosen up and open up a little bit more with each breath.
It's kind of if we're starting to peel off layers of tension might be there or peeling off feelings of discomfort and just by recognizing them,
Just by kind of accepting them as they are,
We can let them go.
Let's start off with taking a couple of nice deep breaths in a comfortable position,
Whether that's laying down or sitting.
Taking some nice deep breaths as if with each breath in you bring a little bit more awareness into the body,
You expand the mind and the body.
With each breath out you can let go a little bit more,
You release from the depths of the nervous system,
The depths of the mind,
Letting go and receiving,
Keeping the whole body loose,
Face muscles,
The shoulder,
The finger,
Just breathing with a little bit of attention.
Let your breathing flow naturally,
Become aware of your present state of being,
Whether that's very calm or maybe a bit restless or agitated or peaceful.
It's all good,
You don't have to change anything about it,
Just recognizing it and let it be as it is.
As if by just experiencing it,
Just letting it be as it is,
You can let it peel off by just letting be,
Feeling a little bit more with each moment you generate a state of being that's completely open,
That's completely accepting,
As if you're feeling it's all good,
Whatever the state of being,
It's okay,
Just letting it be,
Letting it,
And with each passing breath you can go a little bit deeper into just being,
Change anything or do anything,
Influence anything,
Just giving everything full space to be,
As if for some moments we recognize that life is constantly opening itself out,
Constantly expressing itself,
Constantly changing and unfolding within ourselves,
No need to control anything,
Judge about anything,
You can just let it happen,
It's all good,
Going deeper into a state of just being,
Just being,
All okay,
For a couple more moments,
Keeping the face muscles,
The lips,
The eyebrows completely loose,
As if you can generate with the heart a feeling of deep peacefulness,
Feeling complete okayness,
Complete acceptance,
Kind of feeling of open,
As if you're smiling with the heart,
Kindly,
Lovingly,
So let each breath fill you with a little bit more being,
Kindness,
Love,
Letting it grow the heart into the whole body,
Into every corner of your whole being,
Let it expand,
Open up,
Ease,
Accept,
Letting it glow like a light into your whole being,
It's all good,
