A meditation with a hammock waiting for you by the ocean side. Relax, sleep, calm, abundance and easefulness. The human body is made up of earth elements and one of those elements is water. Return to your roots, return to the Earth. Swing gently in your hammock and feel the ocean breeze. Nature sounds start four minutes in. No starting or ending bell.

Welcome.

Relax your body.

You are releasing any areas of tension.

Allow your arms and legs to go limp.

Feel your arms and legs becoming loose and relaxed.

Relax your neck and back.

And relax your spine.

Release the hold of your muscles.

All the way to your head,

Down to your neck.

Along each vertebra to the tip of your spine.

Breathe deeply into the diaphragm.

Drawing air fully into your lungs.

And as you breathe in,

Pause for a moment.

And breathe out.

Drawing a deep breath in and out.

Become more and more relaxed with each breath.

Feel your body giving up all the tension,

Becoming relaxed and calm.

Peaceful and at ease.

Feel a wave of relaxation from the soles of your feet.

And as you breathe in,

Release the hold of your legs.

Feel a wave of relaxation from the soles of your feet.

To your ankles.

Your lower legs.

Your hips.

Your pelvic area.

Your abdomen.

Your chest.

Your back.

Your hands.

Your lower arms.

Your elbows.

Your upper arms.

Your shoulders.

Your neck.

Your head.

Your face.

And the top of your head.

Allow your entire body to relax.

And imagine you are walking toward the ocean.

You can hear the waves up ahead.

You can smell the ocean spray.

The air is moist and warm.

You can feel the waves in the water.

The air is moist and warm.

Cool breeze blowing through the trees.

Coming closer to the sea.

You see the brilliant color of the ocean head.

You walk out and onto a long stretch of water.

You can feel the waves in the water.

You walk out and onto a long stretch of white sand.

The sand is like very soft powder.

Imagine taking off your shoes.

Walking through the warm white sand toward the water.

The beach is wide and long.

Hear the waves crashing to the shore.

Smell the clean salt water.

You gaze again toward the water.

It is a bright blue-green.

See the waves washing up toward the sand.

And receding back towards the ocean.

Washing up and flowing back down.

Enjoy that ever repeating rhythm.

There are two beautiful tall trees in front of you.

With a hammock swinging in the breeze.

You walk towards it.

And flop onto the hammock.

Very comfortably.

It is so,

So comfy.

You feel warm and cozy.

Calm and relaxed.

And as you breathe in and out gently.

Quietly.

And very slowly.

You notice the rhythm of your breathing.

Moving your tummy gently in and out.

Breathing quietly and slowly.

Watching the sky.

The bright blue sky.

White fluffy clouds drifting by.

Feeling the breeze.

Feel the breeze on your skin.

Hear the gentle breeze in the trees.

The birds singing.

The sound of your breath moving in and out.

Feel the warm summer sun on your face.

Lying in your hammock.

Breathing gently like the breeze.

Your hammock gently swaying in the breeze.

Your breath swaying gently in your body.

Your breathing soft.

Your body relaxed.

So,

So comfy.

So calm.

Your head feels soft.

Your neck and shoulders relaxed.

Your whole body soft and relaxed.

Relaxed.

After a while,

You arise from your hammock and start walking towards the water.

Over the fine warm sand.

As you approach the water,

You can feel the mist of the ocean.

The mist on your soft skin.

You walk closer to the waves.

And feel the sand becoming wet and firm.

A wave washes over the sand towards you.

And touches your toes before receding.

Feel the cool water provide relief from the heat.

You can hear the gulls and the gentle roll of the waves.

Your feet sink into the warm white sand.

It is quiet and safe.

Walking into a soft sea wind.

Exploring how large this beach is.

Large and wide.

Walking along the wideness of this beach.

A sun shining down on you,

Making you warm.

And you stop and stand.

Looking out over the immense.

The water is The sun shining down on you,

Expanding ocean.

It's blue midwater.

And dark blue underwater.

Each wave sounds like the earth breathing.

You feel the power of the ocean and the earth.

And the earth.

And you stand for a while.

Feeling relaxed.

Enjoying the sun.

The breeze.

The waves.

You feel totally at peace.

Feeling calm and relaxed.

Keep the special feeling of calm and relaxation throughout your day.

Remembering that the ocean breathes along with you.

The earth breathes along with you.

Refreshed.

Relaxed.

And filled with energy.

From the earth's heart to yours.

Another winner from Lance. This is so relaxing! The sounds of the ocean 🌊 waves and seagulls really made me feel like I was on a beautiful beach šŸ– with perfect weather. Lance's voice is so calming and reassuring. I recommend this track anytime; but I found it most helpful for an afternoon power nap 😓 because at rhe end Lance gives a wonderful positive affirmation that "now you are relaxed, šŸ˜Ž refreshed, and energized."
