Make your way into savasana as you lie down onto the earth,
Allowing yourself to scan from head to toe.
Noticing how your body is connected with the earth beneath you.
Sensing and feeling the way of your subtle breath.
Take a moment to satisfy any other movement your body needs,
Abiding by your system's invitation.
Notice how your body is moving and what the qualities are there.
Is it moving differently from earlier today?
And then complete whatever exploration you are doing as your body comes to a place of stillness.
Invite the mind that may be scattered to take a seat,
Consolidating the mind and the body.
Circles of light around the body.
Notice if there's anything in the body that might be disturbing the mind and tend to that.
Whether it's a piece of clothing or a blanket.
And then repeat,
The intention of yoga nidra is that I am practicing savasana to enter the state of yoga nidra.
I choose to stay still and that is I am practicing savasana to enter the state to build spirituality.
I choose to remain aware and relax.
Beginning to become aware of your breath and exhaling.
Becoming aware of the breath as it moves through the nostrils.
Breath through the left nostril and exhaling through the right.
Inhaling through the right mentally,
Using your mental desire and desire to inhale through the right nostril and exhale through the left.
Continuing to do alternate nostril breath,
Mentally guiding the practice as you inhale through the left nostril to allow that inhalation to cleanse and purify the left side of the body from head to toe.
And as you exhale through the right nostril,
Follow the freshness to enter the right side of the body.
Inhaling through the right nostril,
Sweeping the body head to toe.
Gathering anything that needs to be purified as you exhale through the left nostril,
Bringing in fresh energy into the left side of the body,
Head to toe.
Continuing to breathe and then come to be aware of your inhalation and exhalation.
Moving through both nostrils,
Through the middle of the nose and healing to the count of four or five.
And exhaling equally out to the count of four or five.
Head to toes,
Sweeping the body.
Following that subtle movement of breath to sweep the body head to toe.
Replenishing and nourishing the body as you become aware that first layer of tissue of the body.
Inhaling and exhaling through all seven layers of skin.
Dryness,
Roughness,
Dissolve.
Bringing awareness to the heart center.
Allowing the breath to nourish the heart.
Center the layer of blood.
Relaxing and releasing any tension,
Dryness,
Roughness,
Stagnation.
And the layer of blood,
The tissue of blood.
Becoming aware of the layer of muscle throughout the whole of the body,
From the toes to the head.
Becoming aware of any areas of tension,
Dryness,
Stickiness.
Allowing the breath,
The inhalation and exhalation to purify.
Supporting the layer of muscle.
Becoming aware of the layer of fat tissue.
Awareness of any stagnation,
Tension,
Roughness,
Stickiness in the layer of the adipose fat tissue.
Allowing the breath to fully move into that layer.
Oily quality of the breath to smooth out that layer.
Becoming aware of the body that has skeleton bone from the skull to the toes.
Becoming aware of any dryness,
Roughness.
Allowing the breath and its luscious,
Oily,
Smooth qualities to move into the layer of bone.
Becoming aware of the body at the layer of the nerve,
The nervous system that moves off the spine,
Out of the fingertips,
Toe tips,
Into the skull.
Something entailing to the breath as it smooths with quality to the nervous system.
Entering this deep relaxation,
Smooth,
Subtle,
Anxious qualities nourishing all seven layers of your tissues and your awareness to move into the heart space.
Witnessing that flame of consciousness at the heart space.
I am healthy.
I am healthy.
I support my consciousness moving into the places of my heart center.
Center of consciousness,
Consciousness.
Emotions,
The three-dimensionality of the knees.
Emotions,
The regions between the toe,
The center of the foot,
Mid-calf region,
The back of the knee,
Middle torso,
Three-dimensionality of the hips.
Faster.
The heart center.
Center.
Elbow joint.
The wrist joint.
The center of the palm.
The center of the forearm.
The center of the upper arm.
The throat center of consciousness.
The third eye.
Center of consciousness.
The crown center.
Exhaling breath throughout the whole.
Spiraling flow of energy.
Awareness to the heart center,
To the point in the heart as you inhale as you inhale and exhale.
Allowing it to come into the midline.
Inhaling from the navel center to the third eye.
Falling back down to the navel center.
Have the heart spread into the midline of the body as light.
But in this light spread into all the pores like millions of experiences in the body.
As sound.
The echo of sound throughout the whole body.
Becoming aware of the feet in the hands.
Becoming aware of the senses.
The sounds of the ear.
The feel of air on the skin.
Images behind the eyes.
The taste upon the tongue.
And the fragments of the breath as it registers upon the nasal floor.
And movement into the feet and the hands.
Releasing any circles of light around the body.
Feeling that connection between you from the cosmos.
As you inhale the cosmos.
As you exhale the cosmos.
Inhale nourish every universe.
Exhale nourish every universe.
Letting a lunar shower rinse the body from the crown of the head through the whole system.
Lunar nectar at the crown of the head moving down.
Supporting the whole system like this lunar shower.
Nourishing full realization.
Observing the breath.
Mind the body.
Gently thank the earth as witness to your yoga nidra.
To your yoga nidra and to all realized beings with that spirit of non-attachment.
The divine in each of us.
