Explore MeditationJayne has been a yoga & meditation teacher for almost 10 years, specializing in workplace stress. Founded in her own experiences of working in the corporate world for 19 years, she uses the tools of mindfulness, movement and breath work to help others take a pause and reclaim their inner peace! Following her 200 hour teacher training (Yoga Alliance) in rural Devon, England, she qualified in 2013 and began to combine her career in Marketing with teaching yoga for staff in companies in London. Knowing all too well the physical and emotional manifestations of stress in the workplace, Jayne decided to focus on helping other busy professionals, just like her, to improve their overall wellbeing. Jayne is also a qualified Executive coach (ILM 2020), enabling clients to reach values-based goals through a solutions-focused approach. As she continues to cultivate her knowledge, she loves to share her journey and help people lead happier lives!
