Hello,

I welcome you to this meditation to connect with your inner peace and release negative emotions.

To begin,

Take a moment to sit comfortably in a quiet place.

Close your eyes and begin to take a few deep breaths.

Feel the air moving in and out of your lungs,

Calming your body and with each exhalation relax your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders.

Imagine you are in a beautiful garden,

Surrounded by flowers of different colors.

Feel the softness of the grass,

Your feet as you walk through the garden,

Observing the leaves of the plants,

The colors of the flowers.

The sun is shining overhead and a gentle breeze caresses your face.

You close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the peace and tranquility that surrounds you.

Inhale and exhale slowly,

Relaxing your whole body.

Suddenly,

You feel a light touch on your hand.

You open your eyes and see a butterfly sitting on your palm.

You stare at the butterfly in silence.

You notice how its wings are brightly colored and how its legs are small and delicate.

The butterfly looks at you and for a moment you feel connected to it.

As you watch the butterfly,

Pay attention to your thoughts.

If you find yourself thinking about things that cause you sadness,

Anxiety or any negative emotions,

Simply notice them and then refocus on the butterfly.

Don't judge or give in to those thoughts,

Just watch them arise and then fade away.

Continue to enjoy the butterfly and the beautiful garden around you.

The scent of the flowers envelops you and you can hear the birds singing in the background.

You feel completely at peace and in harmony with the world around you.

Inhale slowly,

Feeling how your chest and your abdomen expand and exhale,

Relaxing your face and your whole body.

When you feel ready,

Watch the butterfly fly away,

As it flies away,

Remember that you can take with you the peace and tranquility you have found in this moment.

When you feel sad or anxious in the future,

You can return to this garden in your mind and remember the joy you found here.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and go on with your day.
