Hello,
This is a guided meditation so you can calm your worries,
Release negative energy and connect with your inner wisdom.
Sit or lie down in a way that is comfortable for you,
With your back straight.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale softly and slowly relaxing your face,
Neck,
Shoulders,
Arms and hands.
Slowly close your eyes.
Begin to visualize that you are sitting on a beach in front of the sea.
Feel the texture of the sand on your feet.
The waves of the sea coming and going leaving a white foam on the shore.
It is getting dark and the sky has beautiful shades of orange,
Pink and light blue.
The sun is setting on the horizon and its last rays of light dye everything golden.
You feel calm and relaxed in this beautiful place.
Inhale,
Feeling the air coming in through your nose,
Passing through your nostrils and feeling your lungs.
Exhale,
Feeling the air leaving your body and your muscles relax more and more.
Take your attention to your heart and connect with that emotion,
That energy or that thought that makes you sad,
Anxious or worried.
Maybe there is a particular problem,
A situation you are going through or maybe it is an emotion that is inhabiting you today.
Simply inhale and exhale creating a space full of love and understanding within you so that this emotion can manifest.
Imagine that you can give a color to this energy,
Emotion or thought.
What color is it?
Don't think too much,
Follow your intuition and trust the first thing that comes to your mind.
That color identifies what you feel today.
Next to you in the sun there is a piece of paper,
A bottle of water,
A paintbrush and a watercolor palette.
Take these items and visualize how you begin to paint the piece of paper in the color of your emotion.
Little by little you dip the brush in the water touching the color that identifies your emotion and paint the entire piece of paper.
And with each brush stroke this thought,
This energy,
This sensation moves from your body to the paper.
With each stroke your mind and body release this energy,
This worries and you feel lighter,
More relaxed.
The sun's rays dry the paper.
Imagine that with your hands you are folding the paper to form a little boat.
Slowly you form a paper boat with your colored paper.
Look at the paper boat in your hands.
Take a deep breath in and out giving thanks for this emotion,
Situation or thought.
No matter how difficult it is,
Say thank you for this experience because now I am stronger,
Wiser.
Imagine how a wave of the sea comes near your feet and place the paper boat on it.
The water goes back little by little towards the sea taking the paper boat with it,
Taking with it this worry,
This negative energy.
Watch the paper boat getting smaller,
Being carried by the waves until it disappears into the horizon.
Bring your attention back to your heart which feels lighter now.
A golden thread of light traveling straight from the sun illuminates the center of your chest feeling you with positive energy,
Warm and wise love.
Take a moment now to ask to the universe,
To your inner guide,
To help you make the right decisions,
To move forward,
To go everyday towards the best version of yourself.
Trust in your immense power,
In your ability to move forward,
Trust that everything that happens is for your benefit and that everything will be alright.
Now bring your palms together to the center of your chest,
Resting your thumbs to feel your heart beating.
I invite you to smile softly.
Take one more deep breath in,
Giving thanks for this moment.
Exhale gently opening your eyes.
