Namaste,
This is a short meditation where you are going to treat yourself with a pause to breathe consciously and practice affirmations that will help you have a good day.
Let's begin.
Sit in a comfortable and relaxed way.
Take a slightly deeper inhalation and as you exhale slowly close your eyes.
Relax your eyebrows,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Allow your breathing to become a little slower and deeper.
Now begin to perceive the air entering your body.
Observe the subtle movements of your body expanding and contracting with each inhalation and exhalation.
Take a few seconds to feel gratitude for this moment of tranquility,
Stillness and connection with your inner wisdom.
Now repeat mentally or out loud the following affirmations trying to keep your mind focused and feeling each word.
Today I focus on everything that is good for me.
Today I feel strong and healthy.
I am a happy person.
I am grateful for the abundance in my life.
I have everything I need to have a good day.
I am full of positive energy.
I am surrounded by healing energy.
I have the strength and wisdom to get through any obstacle.
I am grateful that my life is so joyful.
I give myself the love and affection I deserve.
I am aligned with freedom,
Growth and happiness.
Today I make good choices using my wisdom.
Good things happened to me today.
I love myself unconditionally.
Very good.
Come back to perceiving your breath.
Connect with the air entering and leaving your body gently.
I also invite you to smile for a few seconds.
Enjoy a few seconds of stillness and silence.
Slowly you can open your eyes and start moving little by little.
