Hi,

Today we are going to do a meditation using the Karuda Mudra.

So I invite you to observe the image on your screen so you can do it too.

Place your left palm at the level of your chest and then your right palm on top,

Intertwining your thumbs to form the Karuda Mudra,

The king of birds and air.

Sit with your back straight,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your face and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale softly and slowly,

Beginning to bring your mind into the here and now.

Feel your hands,

Your fingers forming this beautiful mudra.

This mudra activates the blood circulation,

Revitalizes the organs and balances the energies of the two halves of the body,

Helping us to find inner peace.

Begin now to visualize that you are an eagle flying high in the sky.

With your huge strong wings spread out,

You feel the air passing between your feathers.

As you look down you can see mountains,

Rivers,

Cities and forests.

See the beauty,

The miracle of life happening.

All the good and even the bad.

From this perspective your intelligence is activated,

You connect with your deep wisdom.

You can see that today's problems are smaller than they seemed.

You discover that you have the strength and the capacity to go through them.

From this place of calm and serenity you can choose the best path while choosing to protect your well-being,

To keep your calm.

Inhale deeply once more,

Exhale giving thanks for this present moment,

This moment where all is well,

Where you can breathe calmly and feel yourself with peace,

Take care of yourself.

Continue breathing for a few moments,

Connecting with your hands,

With your breath and visualizing this wonderful journey through the sky.

Gently release the mudra and relax your arms and hands.

Feel the ground receiving the weight of your body,

Connecting with the space where you are.
