Hello and welcome,
Good morning.
So get ready into your meditation seat,
Maybe you want to sit on a chair,
But make sure that you're sitting on your sitting bones and that your spine is straight.
Close your eyes.
Feel the touching points of your body with the ground and let your breath slowly become longer.
Morning has a very special energy,
The world is awakening.
Try to feel this awakening,
Try to feel this energy.
Feel the air on your skin.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your jaw.
Feel how the air is entering through your nose and follow it through your throat until deep in your stomach.
If thoughts are arising,
Don't fight them,
But also don't follow them.
Always bring your attention back to your breath.
Relax your eyelids.
Relax the skin on your head.
Now bring your attention to your senses.
What can you hear right now?
Maybe you hear the music,
But maybe you also hear other kind of sounds.
Don't judge.
Of course it's more beautiful to listen to birds than to the street,
But try not to judge,
Just perceive.
Just perceive and ask yourself,
Who is it in you who is hearing?
Is it you,
Your perception,
Or are you the silence,
The observer behind it?
Which taste do you have in your mouth?
Also don't judge here,
Just perceive it.
Is it your perception,
Or is there one layer behind it,
The silent observer?
Your shoulders are relaxed.
Your back is straight.
Your eyelids are relaxed.
And now withdraw your attention from all your senses and look inside of you.
What do you feel in this moment?
Maybe there's still the rest of a dream.
Which emotion is there?
Just perceive,
But don't judge.
Are you this emotion,
Or are you the observer of this emotion?
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your stomach.
And now think of something or of someone for who or for what you are grateful.
How does gratitude feel?
Maybe you can feel gratitude even very subtle in your body.
What does this feeling do with you?
Maybe it gives you a smile.
Relax your face.
Breathe a few more deep breaths into your stomach.
I wish you a marvelous day with many new experiences,
With serenity and with much love for yourself and for this life.
Namaste.
