Hello everyone.
So today I wanted to talk about focus and stillness.
Our time is so precious,
But there are so many demands on it.
We have emails,
Social media pinging at all hours of the day and it always takes us away from our present moment.
So what if we turned off our notifications and we actually built a time,
A habit to check the inboxes and all the notifications at a certain hour of the day,
Would that give us the focus that we so crave to get things done?
So a refreshing morning meditation or a pause for thought for today.
A powerful and refreshing way to start your day.
Take a pause and consider how you spend the hours of the day or how you wish to spend the day.
And just spending this time just looking forward can give you some control over how your time and attention is spent.
It allows us to choose to be present and helps us to feel less stressed and allows us to make the most of the hour.
So throughout the day if you feel scattered just stop.
Stop what you're doing.
Take a few deep breaths in and breath out and bring back the focus to the now and what needs to happen right now,

Decide on what you want to accomplish for today and see how that works as you bring focus and stillness into your day.
As you stay just breathe in,
Breathe out.
Just follow your breath.
Visualize your day ahead.
What do you want to accomplish?
What connections do you want to make?
And come back to those thoughts throughout the day.
