Let's find a comfortable place,
Parking our body somewhere it can rest.
Taking a few deeper breaths.
As we become comfortable,
Take our attention inwards.
Let's allow our spine to expand and our shoulders to soften.
So we're tall,
Our spine is spacious,
But we're not rigid,
We're not gritting our teeth,
A little bit of both.
Let's allow our breath to flow through our heart.
We can soften our body a little,
While keeping our spine spacious and our chest open for the breath.
Let's soften our forehead and our expression.
Allow our jaw to soften,
Our tongue to rest in the base of the mouth,
With the teeth slightly apart.
Our head balanced at the top of our spine,
Shoulders soft,
Arms loose and heavy,
Chest and upper back softening,
Stomach area,
Mid-back softening,
Lower back,
Belly softening.
Hips and thighs,
Lower legs all the way down to our feet,
Soft and heavy.
All the joints at comfortable angles.
Easy.
Our body is resting.
Let's take our attention back to our heart space and the breath flowing easily,
Maybe a little deeper than normal,
But without strain or struggle.
Opening our heart with each breath.
We don't need to know anything to do this,
We just decide that it is so.
Allow those long smooth breaths to calm our nervous system,
Slow everything down.
Our thoughts will eventually slow down,
But if they're chatty,
That's okay.
As soon as you've noticed your mind has wandered,
Just bring it back without complaint,
Without criticism.
Let's allow ourselves to connect with the earth.
From our heart,
Sending out a column of golden light downwards,
Out through the base of our body and into the earth.
Feel her presence beneath you,
All around you.
Whatever is surrounding you is part of the earth.
The air you breathe,
Clothes you're wearing,
Is earth.
Your physical body is made of earth.
Your food body,
Allowing yourself to fill your connection with her.
Sending out your roots as energetic lines of light.
And the earth responds by connecting to those roots.
Her energy flows in.
Welcome it.
Invite it in.
Let's send some energy down into the heart of the earth.
From our heart,
Straight into the heart of the earth.
You are welcome here.
Feel your love for the earth and her love for you.
Breathe it in.
To mark the winter solstice,
I'm going to take you on a journey around the sacred year.
The sacred masculine,
The sacred feminine,
And the changes,
Mother nature,
As we traverse the year.
It all starts in the deepest,
Darkest part of the year,
In the northern hemisphere,
Where there is little light.
Mother earth seems to be fast asleep.
Trees are bare.
Darkness is quiet.
Everything is sleeping.
Only light is a star.
A star child is born at you.
The sacred masculine is born.
And he grows quickly,
Matures quickly.
As spring develops,
He grows.
He is spring.
As the spring equinox arrives,
He becomes a mature man.
A young man,
But a man nonetheless.
And in the frothy hawthorn flowers of May,
He marries the sacred feminine of the nature.
And the next year's star child is conceived.
The sacred feminine is always there.
She is the creative source of the life of the greenwood,
The sacred masculine.
And as she grows and gestates the next year's green man,
This year's matures as the leaves spread out.
And as he becomes at the height of his power,
A mature man,
We receive the fruits of the summer,
The harvest,
The height of his strength and life.
Everything is alive and bright.
Nature is at its peak of life.
Solstice and the summer and the first harvest.
All is abundance.
And the year turns again.
And as the leaves start to drop,
The green man begins to wither himself.
The year is old.
The green man becomes elderly.
And he dies as we enter the darkest part of the year,
All Hallows' Eve.
Greenwood goes to sleep and the darkness rules once more.
Mother Earth grows the next year's green man.
Mid to the darkest part of the year he is born.
The light is born again.
Christ light appears on our planet once again.
And I use the word Christ in a slightly different way that you may be familiar with it.
It's not quite the same as the church would use it.
I use Christ light as an energy.
It's a frequency.
That is what is born.
An energy of complete,
Total love.
Completely healed of all fear,
Anger.
That is what is born at Christmas,
At the winter solstice.
And the time between the solstice on the 21st and Christmas is a time for feeling that light in the depths of the darkness to find it and breathe it in.
Our planet is bathed in this light at the winter solstice.
It's all around you.
It's begun already.
And if we wish to embody it,
All we have to do is breathe it in.
So a person may embody this Christ light as Yeshua did and others have done.
A person who is entirely love.
Who walks without fear.
In love,
In peace,
No matter what.
Embodying that energy on earth.
People feel that energy.
A person embodying this light doesn't have to lift a finger or say a word.
Their presence alone is sufficient.
They just radiate the light.
It's like the boss level for this planet.
And once we fully embody this Christ light,
We don't need to stay here anymore unless we want to share it.
But after a while,
We'll probably go somewhere else to experience other experiences.
Mother Earth will have taught us everything she will offer.
I invite you to breathe in Christ light.
And as we do so,
Any need to heal falls away.
We are love.
We are peace.
And we have the power to choose joy in each and every moment.
Taking a few restful breaths.
With each breath,
We draw in the light.
And in a small act of service,
Let us offer this,
Not only to ourselves,
But to all the humans in accordance with their life plan.
To Mother Earth,
Plants,
The animals and the elements.
Thanking Mother Earth,
The Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine for being with us in this practice.
Slowly,
Slowly,
Let us begin our journey back to the external world.
But there's no hurry.
Feeling your body and slowly beginning to move it.
Taking any stretch your body feels it might enjoy and becoming aware of what's around you.
Thank you for practicing with me.
