Let us make ourselves comfortable.
Having a little fidget to find a comfy spot for our body.
Allowing our legs,
The lower half of the body to connect us to the earth.
Around us in solidity.
Top half of our body getting a little bit taller.
Expanding towards infinity above us.
Plenty of room for the breath to move.
Let's soften our shoulders so we're a bit relaxed and a bit alert.
Taking a few deeper breaths when we find that good spot for our body.
By the grace of God,
Let this be the highest outcome for all concerned.
Thank you.
And so it is.
Just allow the breath to flow comfortably and easily.
As we allow the external world to get on with whatever it wants to for a little while.
Greeting ourselves.
Our body self.
Which includes the emotions.
Our mind.
And our spirit.
Greeting those parts of us and feeling how they feel.
Let's allow the breath to flow through our heart center.
Easily and comfortably.
Focusing on our heart center to feel how it feels.
And with our focus to increase how it feels,
However that is.
If during the practice we find our mind is very chatty,
I encourage you to take your focus away from it.
Place it back in the heart or wherever our focus happens to be in that moment.
Just refocus without criticism.
And let's expand our perspective and bring in a love-light prana energy.
Exhaling down from our heart center into the earth.
Feel her beneath us.
I invite you to sense your love for the earth.
Her love for you.
Drawing that energy connection between you.
We've done this before.
Allow your energy to flow into the earth.
Welcoming her into your energy system.
And allow the earth to reciprocate.
Living lines of energy connecting.
Strengthening us both.
Imagine that any way you wish.
Roots or that energy flowing into the center.
Whatever works for you.
Feel her strength.
Her longevity.
Thanking the earth for her support this morning.
Let's now connect with infinity above us.
Sending out our line of imagination up,
Up,
Up.
To the highest vibration we can connect with.
There are many names for that today.
I like the name Eternal Living Light.
Call it something else if you wish.
Feel,
Feel that high vibration.
Welcome it into your energy system.
And while us small separate human beings probably don't feel we have much to contribute to the Eternal Living Light.
Let's recall our separateness is superficial.
Allow ourselves to rejoin,
Reconnect and merge with that light,
With all that is.
Maybe we are not so small and separate.
On some level recognizing we are worthy to be part of the Eternal Living Light.
And reclaiming our space as a facet.
A worthy part of all that is.
Breathe it in.
Let's fill ourselves with light,
Love,
Prana.
So exhaling our attention flows to the earth.
We invite in the energy of the earth to our heart.
Inhaling up to the Eternal Living Light.
And inviting in that energy to our heart.
Creating with our imagination a column of light between heaven and earth.
Feel the light,
Love,
Power flowing to you and through you.
The breath,
Easy and comfortable.
We can allow it to deepen the breath a little but without any strain.
Allow that column of light to expand until it surrounds us.
As wide as you feel comfortable.
Inviting the Eternal Living Light to fill you.
Until we are almost transparent.
We are so full of light.
And bathing there.
Just enjoying the feeling.
Surrounded and filled with Eternal Living Light.
I invite you to recognize how you have created this experience for yourself.
Part of you conceived the idea to do a meditation.
A desire to have that experience.
And your mind created it.
It followed the steps it needed to follow to bring that into your experience.
And then your body had experienced what the mind created.
That's the same for,
Well,
Everything.
The desire to go get some ice cream.
It's conceived.
We walk towards the freezer and then we taste.
It's the same for our experiences,
Large and small.
I invite you to appreciate that power.
And see how you have created each and every moment.
But however,
This is not the same as the consequences of those actions.
These are the ripples that roll back from the ones we send out.
And we don't have control of those.
So our inception to have that bowl of ice cream sends out ripples into the field.
And they reflect back to us from every action.
And they might even not be noticeable.
Might include diabetes.
They might be good and they might be bad.
That's what I'm trying to get at.
Our advice in dealing with the ripples that come back to us is the same as for all of the experiences.
All of the conceptions,
Everything in our mind is love.
To love our desires.
To love whatever is in our mind and whatever we experience.
And I know that's not easy.
Because when we are small and separate,
Each phase of that process is fought with difficulty.
Our desires may be very limited or they may seem unrealistic if they're big.
The creation process in our mind is faulty because our mind is full of fear,
Doubt,
Resentment,
Anger.
And all those difficult emotions,
Thoughts,
Habitual mental processes.
And so that is what we create.
And our experiences seem flawed.
Not how we'd hoped they might turn out.
I invite you to imagine now we've filled ourselves with enough light that our soul's desires are unlimited.
They're not small and separate anymore.
We are aware of our oneness,
Our grandness.
Our mind is so full of love that there is no room for fear and all of its attendance.
And so what we create is of a whole new vibration.
Our creations are pure,
Unlimited and full of love.
And then our body experiences a whole new world.
Wonderful,
Joyful,
Beautiful.
Those ripples of what we created yesterday,
Last year and ten years ago will continue to come in.
Even if today,
Here and now,
We are full of light.
How do we experience whatever that is?
With love.
Remembering our oneness.
Releasing our fear.
Taking responsibility for our creation.
I invite you to rest in the light.
In the knowing that we are part of all that is.
And so our practice becomes not just the moments we sit on our seat or cushion for meditation.
It becomes our entire day as we conceive of new desires.
Build them in our mind and experience them with our body.
Before we leave this place,
I invite you to share with me a small act of service.
Take the energy of this shared practice.
Send it down into Mother Earth and make it available for all those humans on Earth who are ready to share it with us.
And so it is.

Let us slowly begin our journey back to the external world.
So there's no hurry.
Taking one or two energising breaths.
Beginning to move our body.
Taking a few gentle stretches.
Noticing the external world again.
Moving however might suit the body.
