Be gentle with yourself here! Let the breath be natural and comfortable, move the body in time with the breath. Ideally, you’ll have a straight backed chair as a solid base. Notice how hard you are trying, striving or afraid to move? Just notice and allow. Move within your comfort zone and observe how the body feels and what the mind has to say.
