Welcome to another meditation on migraine relief.

So this is a quick meditation to breathe into your body and to tune in and breathe in whenever you need a relief from your migraine or any head related pain that is tension related or pulsating pain.

So wherever you are,

Thank you so much for making your time to come to today's practice.

And allow yourself to take your seat or lying down,

Make sure that your whole body is stretched out.

Taking a deep breath to raise your arms to the top,

Interlacing your fingers facing upwards and stretch your body legs together,

Stretching all the way to the top.

And as you breathe in,

Allow your hands to move in a big circle coming all the way down.

And if you're in seated position,

Just stretch your sit bones all the way to the ground.

Taking a deep breath and allow yourself to calm your body down.

Taking deep breaths in and out and in and out.

So inhale 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

So inhale 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Deep breath into your dantian,

Three fingers below your body,

Your belly.

Feeling the tension or the pressure in your head,

Taking a deep breath in that imagining golden white light floating through.

Exhale allowing that expansion to flow out behind your back and shoulders,

Interlacing your fingers behind your shoulders,

Squeezing your elbows in and moving your arms upwards.

Exhale,

Squeeze the shoulder blades and ribcage and sternum in and elongate your spine.

Rest here and stretch,

Keeping your posture,

Keeping your strength in a 5,

1.

Rolling your shoulders back and 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale,

Empty your belly.

Breathing in from the ground,

Breathing in all the healing energy,

The relaxation and the calmness of whatever uncertainties and judgments you might have in your brain.

Breathing,

Using your fingertips to slowly comb through your hair,

Exhale and bring your hair towards your fingers.

Interlace your hair through your fingers,

Inhale as you slowly and gently pull onto your head,

Breathing in and exhale,

Beautiful.

Allowing yourself to gently feel the pain or feel the sensation,

Feel whatever is in your body now and in your head now,

So breathing into that,

Allowing yourself to be with it,

Exhale,

As you exhale,

See it dissolve.

Breathing in again and as you exhale,

Watch it dissolve.

Breathing into the center,

The epicenter of the sensation,

Breathing in,

Expand the sensation and watch it walk all over your body as little electrical impulses,

Exhale,

Observe.

Inhale,

Follow along and if you don't feel it's totally fine too,

Just breathing in,

Direct the breath to the head or to the impulses and exhale,

Follow it and observe it as it dances across your skin.

Inhale,

Expand the awareness,

Exhale,

Send it love and kindness as if little hearts and little heartbeats are embracing all the sensation.

Couple breaths here,

Breathing in,

Feel the sensation and exhale,

Allow that to expand beyond your body,

See it evaporate.

Inhale,

Connect,

Exhale,

Evaporate.

Deep inhale,

Connect and totally relax,

Exhale.

Deep inhale,

Connect deeper,

As you exhale,

Allow that to be released deeper.

Deep inhale,

Drawing that breath up from the floor now,

Breathe in.

Exhale,

Release from the top,

Lift your chin,

Shoulders down.

Deep inhale,

Drawing the energy of healing and spaciousness and processing power from the sides of the body and exhale,

Release and let the energy flow out and be neutralized and continue a couple times on your own.

And as you take each breath in and each breath out,

Notice the sensation become lighter,

More dispersed,

Digesting and metabolizing in its own way,

Acknowledging its presence without judgment,

Breathing in,

Understanding its message,

Honoring it,

Connecting to your heart,

Connecting to your liveness and bowing down,

Left arm and hand on your heart,

Right hand on your belly,

Breathing in.

Allow yourself to ground your energy down,

Expand your release and peace outwards and allow this process to continue in the background until you do this meditation again.
