Hi,
My name is Jade.
I'm a certified clairvoyant energy reader.
A meditation teacher,
And the visual artist.
And this is my dog Yali.
Today we're going to do a 10-minute.
.
.
Guided visualization meditation to heal and replenish.
Our creative energy.
So go ahead and make yourself comfortable.
If it's comfortable for you to sit in a cross-legged position,
That's fine.
This is also a great meditation to do in a chair with your feet on the ground.
If you can sit up,
That's great.
And if you can't sit up today,
Don't worry about it.
Go ahead and just make yourself comfortable.
So take some deep breaths.
Ah!
You can let out a sigh really good work and carving out this time for yourself.
And giving yourself permission.
To reset.
And replenish.
Your creative energy.
And to relax.
Center your nervous system.
Really take a moment.
To appreciate this space.
No matter what is happening in your life.
You've decided.
That right now,
You're going to take care of yourself.
And sometimes that's a really big deal.
So congratulations.
Let your breath draw you into present time.
You each breath that we take only exists in the here and now.
So it's always a really simple and loving way.
To get in touch.
With the present moment.
Letting yourself soften as you inhale.
And release as you exhale.
And as always when you're meditating with me this is not about perfection.
This is an invitation to be friendly with ourselves.
An invitation to be curious about what wants to emerge.
And an invitation.
To touch in with your own wisdom.
So just give yourself some space around that.
And to begin,
We're going to imagine,
Sense or feel.
A big,
Beautiful grounding cord.
You Whatever you feel like using today,
Whether it's a tree.
Or waterfall.
Or puppy tail.
Just invite your grounding cord to connect to the base of your spine and travel down through all the layers.
And the frequencies of the planet.
You Let your grounding cord really root into the center of the earth.
Your grounding cord can get nice and wide,
Wider than your hips in all directions.
And give you an opportunity Tune in.
The sensation,
The energy.
Of being held and supported.
You continuing to deepen your breath and surrender to gravity.
Letting the grounding cord draw out,
Draw down.
Any tightness.
Any damp tension?
Any places where you're gripping or holding or even hurting.
With your breath,
Your presence.
And the support of your grounding cord.
Take this opportunity to release whatever is not serving you.
You don't have to name it.
You can just simply Let it go.
Say hello to your belly.
You Notice if you can soften your belly even more.
Releasing down and out.
Any gripping.
Even any anticipation,
Nervousness,
Or fear that you might be holding in your body.
That you're not aware of.
You can just trust that your grounding cord can help you release it.
And if you hear any of Yali's snorts.
.
.
Let her sounds help you stay light.
Hope you stay playful.
Maybe you can bring to mind.
Your own funny fur friend.
You And let that playfulness.
That friendliness.
Wash into your space.
Sometimes when we're holding tightness.
.
.
The best thing we can do is allow our system to get some spaciousness.
Through levity.
So just let yourself have a happy thought,
Something that makes you feel good every time.
And with that happy thought,
Let yourself open to receive more of that kind of energy,
More of that flow,
More of that playfulness,
More of that joy.
Whenever we release,
Our deep practice becomes about choosing what we fill in with.
That's where our freedom lies.
So we're releasing.
That tightness,
That tension,
That holding.
And we're replenishing.
With joy.
Of playfulness.
With ease.
Enjoy yourself having more of that.
Space to be in ease.
And joy.
And curiosity.
And play as you move through your day If you find yourself getting really serious,
Getting stuck on something,
A heavy thought.
That's okay.
You're learning how to let it go out of your space.
And how to choose what you fill in with.
Releasing and replenishing.
Really good work today.
Thank you for meditating with us.
We hope you have a beautiful day and we'll see you soon.
Hmm.
