A Meditation For Connecting To Love And Feeling Less Alone

This meditation helps listeners connect to the feeling of universal love or divine love. Through simple visualization and breath work techniques, this process helps us feel less alone. It helps us remember that we are supported by the universe and carried by the earth. It is a reminder that we can tap into that divine love at any time. I would suggest doing this meditation for multiple days in a row as a reset. 40 days is my recommendation. However, making art, music or writing after this experience will help trigger the memory of the sensations in this meditation throughout your day.

First we're going to get grounded,

Sinking into the present moment.

Just feeling our breath,

Seeing if it's deep or shallow.

Becoming mindful of it as our chest rises and falls.

Seeing if you can bring your breath deeper and deeper into your body with each inhalation.

As you take your in-breath,

See if your breath can go all the way down to your belly button and then release with an exhalation of relief,

Like you're taking off a heavy backpack.

Breathing in deep and releasing.

We're going to call in the Divine Feminine by raising the left hand and saying the mantra of the Divine Feminine.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Placing the hand on our belly button and feeling the space around the hand where it meets your tummy.

Filling it up with oxygen and releasing with a sigh.

Our next breath we're going to hold,

So we breathe in and hold it on the top.

Applying oxygen to where our hand meets the tummy,

Filling up our bodies with oxygen.

Holding,

Taking another little sip of breath in through the mouth.

We are safe,

So we can release our fears on this exhale.

Nothing exists but this moment and we are safe.

Next we're going to raise our right hand,

Feeling the space around it,

Becoming aware of it while deepening your breath.

And then place it on your heart,

The home of the masculine,

The architect and the artist.

Saying the prayer of the masculine,

I open my heart wide.

I open my heart wide.

I open my heart wide.

Pa.

Using our breath to fill that space where our hand connects to our heart.

Deepen,

Breathe in deep and hold your breath at the top.

Taking a few extra inhalations at the top.

Feeling the oxygen apply to your heart,

Sending it vital life force energy,

Filling it with light and releasing.

Now that we're here in Kulike,

Let's connect these two centers as they meet together and exult at the androgynous,

The amakua.

By thinking or speaking out loud,

Alohama,

Alohama,

Alohama.

See how your body feels,

Maybe it feels buoyant,

Maybe it feels grounded.

Just be with this feeling as we move into the rest of this exercise.

Now I want you to connect to the most recent time that you looked at something and it felt so precious.

You felt your heart just open wide because it was the cutest thing that you had ever seen.

Maybe it was a tiny cat or a funny lizard or a baby mouse or a baby human.

It was so cute that you just wanted to squish your face up next to it and just nuzzle it because it was just like the cutest thing you'd ever seen.

So I want you to remember the most recent time you felt that feeling.

See if you can feel that feeling and turn the volume up on that feeling,

Amplify it,

Feel it even deeper.

Let that feeling fill your heart to the brim,

Then try to describe it.

You can describe it out loud or you can write it down.

Maybe the feeling comes up like a color.

What color would it be?

What color would this feeling be?

Do any images come up as you feel it?

How would you describe the sensation of this feeling?

Does it move fast or slow?

Is it warm or cool?

If you could draw it,

What would it look like?

I want you to know that this exact feeling is being sent to you at all times because you would not be able to feel this emotion and embody this feeling if you had never received it.

I want you to know that the universe,

That mother earth,

That the cosmos,

That the creator,

They are constantly sending this love to you at all times and you can always choose to be present and receive this gift and connect to it.

If you simply slow down,

Slow down your breathing,

You can actually start to feel this love,

This beaming light just shining at you that you can access whenever you want.

This beaming light is looking at you with the exact same adoration that you were looking at that most precious little being.

This feeling is being sent to you right now,

Shining on you like the beautiful sun on a summer day.

Beaming and kissing your skin.

Abundant radiant love overflowing like a waterfall.

Constantly.

Say it with me.

There's enough light here for me.

There's enough water here for me.

There's enough love here for me.

There's enough love here for me.

There's enough love here for me.

Love is an abundant resource.

There's so much water in this spring.

You can tap into this spring at any time.

You can connect to the sunshine at any time,

Even if it is a sunshine within your own being.

You have constellations in your mind.

I want you to continue tapping into that feeling of that beaming beautiful love that you were sending towards that precious little being.

I want you to amplify that feeling.

I want you to tune into that feeling and amplify it.

And I want you to send it back to yourself.

I want you to send it to your heart.

I want you to send it from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.

Filling your body with light and letting that overflow extend all the way to you as a baby.

As a child.

As a teenager.

You in the future.

You across all timelines.

The earth.

Amplifying that feeling.

Filling your body with light.

Extending that feeling to the universe.

To all beings.

Feeling this light start to grow with every breath that you take.

Taking a deep,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep breath.

Filling your body with oxygen and holding on the top.

Taking a couple extra sips on the top.

Squeezing your body and feeling the light expand.

Radiate from every pore.

Filling,

Filling,

Filling,

And releasing with a sigh.

Allowing yourself to land.

Feeling the sensations in your body.

This is a really good exercise to do multiple times.

I suggest doing it for at least 40 days in a row to reprogram yourself to this feeling of trust and unconditional love.

You can also write yourself a little post-it.

Just a little word that reminds you to connect to this feeling.

Maybe it's a word that describes one of the sensations that you described the feeling as.

Whether it's light or buoyant or grounded or warm or fresh or joyful.

Whatever it was,

Just write that little word down.

Maybe make a piece of art inspired by that word.

Or maybe write a song or some poetry.

Try and connect and celebrate that sensation that you felt here today.

The more you appreciate that sensation with art,

The more it will amplify in a beautiful expression of self-reflective love.

And that becomes a gift that you share.
