I was told I would never walk again. Weeks passed lying still, the world shrinking, fear pressing in. And yet, slowly, through presence, through Sankalpa, I moved. I moved again—and with that, I reclaimed trust in life itself, discovering that life is never broken, only waiting to be felt fully. These meditations emerge from that journey—from quiet mornings with Cha Dao tea, from decades of yoga, Reiki, and bodywork, from travel across over 50 countries and homes lived in ten, from life lived fully, imperfectly, honestly. Recorded wherever life finds me—on a dusty road in a distant country, beside a river at sunrise, or at a humble tea table—they arrive raw, immediate, and human. They hold the imperfection and intimacy of living deeply. From paralysis to power, I have reclaimed my body, mind, and trust in life.
